Our shortsale team closed 6 shortsales in the Kalispell in the month of June and have more that will close in July and August.The last 3 that we started the process on took only 4 weeks give or take a few days from the date we got the offer until it closed. This is a huge improvement from the 4-6 months it was taking this spring. Why you ask? First and foremost because the loan institutions are being forced by congress to speed things up and to become much more efficient. We as a team are also becoming more efficient with our system in handling these for our clients.We are currently in different stages on many shortsales. With your help in the begining and us doing all the work after that we are successful 95% of the time and can give you many names and numbers of people just like you in western MT. we have helped stop the foreclosure and helped save their credit. We have stopped multiple foreclosures the day of or day before they were scheduled to be sold on the courthouse steps.
